2023 Honda Ridgeline Maximum Towing

For 2023, the Honda Ridgeline is available in four trims: Sport, RTL, RTL-E, and Black Edition. All trims are capable of towing up to 5,000 pounds when properly equipped.* The integrated class III trailer hitch is largely responsible for that, and you also have multiple packages you can choose from to help you achieve that towing capacity – which you can have installed by us.

Payload and Truck Bed Features

Payload varies a bit by trim level and maxes out on each trim as follows:

• Sport: 1,583 pounds
• RTL: 1,544 pounds
• RTL-E: 1,509 pounds
• Black Edition: 1,509 pounds

The 2023 Honda Ridgeline truck bed is an interesting feature in and of itself. A dual-action tailgate is standard, as is a lockable in-bed trunk and eight tie-down cleats. The RTL-E and Black Edition models also come with a convenient truck bed audio system, which might come in handy for tailgating or working in the yard!
